Players can also raise their bets. The betting round will end when all players have folded.

In some poker games, players have to make a ‘bet’ before they can be dealt their cards. In many games, this bet amount increases over time. The small blind is half of the ante, while the big blind is the full ante. This is also called a “calling station” since the player who calls frequently is considered a “calling station”.
